When can an activity be reimbursed?

  1. The organizer has canceled the Experience.
  2. The organizer did not carry out the Experience.
  3. The Experience does not correspond at all to the publication.

In the latter case, you must contact us via messaging or the form within 2 days following the activity. After this period, payment will be transferred to the organizer.
