Until acceptance by the CAPTAIN (Organizer), BOBs (participants) may cancel their reservation request and will not be charged for the Experience/Carpool or service fees. If the CAPTAIN (Organizer) cancels the Experience after confirmation of the reservation, the BOB (participants) will be automatically refunded the cost of the reservation, fees included.
