As long as a request for participation has not been accepted and validated by the Captain (the organizer), the Bobs (passengers) can cancel their request for participation and in this case, no invoicing of service fees will be effective.
In the case that the Captain (the organizer) cancels the Experience after confirmation of participation, the price will be refunded in full?
Please note, if you do not show up for the Experience, you cannot claim any refund.
